Seeking A Tactful English Translator

"Retard"這個字實在有太多負面的隱含意義了，用在任何產品上好像都不太對...
不如用... "Timed Release Formula"
There are just too many negative connotations of the word 'retard' to allow it to be used on a product.
Timed Release Formula.... How's that?!
